Kami perusahaan logistik yang telah tersertifikasi ISO 9001, ISO 45001, dan AEO mengundang kandidat berpengalaman yang memenuhi kualifikasi untuk bergabung sebagai “Staff PIB/PEB”.
KUALIFIKASI :
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari segala jurusan.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Creator, Checker, atau Submitter PIB/PEB di perusahaan logistik, freight forwarding, PPJK, atau manufaktur.
- Memiliki pengetahuan terkait proses logistik dan alur kerja dalam operasional ekspor-impor.
- Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, multitasking, jujur, teliti, disiplin, serta mampu bekerja cepat sesuai timeline dan prosedur.
- PENEMPATAN: SURABAYA
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
- Menyiapkan, memeriksa, dan melengkapi dokumen PIB/PEB.
- Memastikan data final beserta seluruh dokumen pendukung sudah valid sebelum proses submit.
- Melakukan prenotifikasi sesuai prosedur.
- Memantau proses customs clearance dan memperbarui status shipment hingga proses ekspor/impor selesai.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal, customer, dan pihak terkait untuk menjaga kelancaran proses ekspor/impor dan menyelesaikan kendala operasional.
