What they need
- Lulusan minimal D-3 Teknik mesin, listrik atau yang sejenis
- Memiliki kemampuan di bidang mesin atau kelistrikan
- Memahami dasar-dasar teknik mesin atau kelistrikan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai teknisi mesin atau listrik, misal maintenance genset dan mesin produksi dll
- Memahami tentang perkabelan (wiring), instalasi listrik, arus listrik (arus kuat), 3Phase atau DC dll
- Sehat jasmani rohani, dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Dapat berkerjasama baik tim maupun individu, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki ketelitian yang baik, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mau belajar
