Menguasai pengoperasian, inspeksi, troubleshooting, dan preventive maintenance pada peralatan utility berikut:
- Crane
- Chiller & FCU (sistem water chiller, air chiller, dan Fan Coil Unit (FCU)).
- Air Conditioning (AC)
- Hydrant System
- Kelistrikan Bangunan
Mampu menyusun dan melaksanakan jadwal preventive maintenance
Terampil dalam pencatatan hasil pemeriksaan serta penyusunan laporan kondisi dan kebutuhan perbaikan peralatan utility.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi dan engineering untuk penanganan gangguan.
Memiliki pemahaman tentang keselamatan kerja dan standar operasional.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, problem solving, teamwork, disiplin, dan adaptabilitas.
