What they need
KUALIFIKASI:
· Pendidikan min. SMK teknik Elektro/ Sipil
· Mengetahui system & instalasi Listrik, Plumbing, Hydrant
· Bisa membaca As-built drawing
· Menguasai sistem MEP, khususnya sistem kelistrikan (MV/LV, genset, UPS, panel) dan mekanikal (HVAC, chiller, AHU, cooling tower).
· Memahami fire fighting system, lift & escalator, serta utilitas gedung.
· Memahami standar K3, fire safety, dan peraturan bangunan yang berlaku
· Bisa melakukan pekerjaan sipil
· Dapat mengoperasikan microsoft office
· Berpengalaman di Mall / Hotel bintang 5 / Mixed-use high-end menjadi nilai tambah.
· Memiliki komunikasi yg baik dan dapat bekerja dalam tim
· Lokasi kerja di Bess Mansion Apartment Surabaya
