What they need
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan Minimal D3/S1
- Pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 2 Tahun
- Memahami Alur ekspor/impor, Incoterms, HS Code, dan aturan pabean
- Pengalaman menggunakan sistem CEISA, dan software logistik lainnya
- Paham kelengkapan dokumen ekspor/impor dengan lengkap.
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris (lisan / tulisan).
Uraian Pekerjaan :
- Melakukan pemeriksaan data import seperti INV, PL, Term Ship Mode, dan Draft PIB
- Mengirimkan pre alert dokumen, draft PIB kepada Customer.
- Mempersiapkan Job Performance Sheet (JPS) sebagai dasar penerbitan Billing
- Monitoring pengiriman dan melakukan update kepada customer
- Melakukan konfirmasi atas harga operasional kepada penerima / pemilik barang atau agen dan mengirimkan DN kepada semua pihak terkait.
- Memberikan usulan atau solusi apabila ada masalah dengan proses import yang dilakukan
- Membuat Shipment Performance Report
