What they need
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/sederajat, diutamakan D3/S1 jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran, Manajemen, atau Logistik
- Memiliki sertifikat PPJK (Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan) — wajib
- Menguasai atau familiar dengan sistem CEISA 4.0
- Memahami peraturan dan prosedur kepabeanan, termasuk dokumen ekspor-impor seperti PEB, PIB, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya
- Mampu melakukan pengurusan izin ekspor dan impor, termasuk koordinasi dengan Bea Cukai, EMKL, PPJK, dan instansi terkait
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) dan sistem administrasi dokumen
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi kerja sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
