What they need
AR (Account Receivable) :
- Membuat dan mengirim invoice/tagihan kepada customer.
- Memantau piutang dan memastikan pembayaran customer tepat waktu.
- Melakukan pencatatan penerimaan pembayaran ke sistem/accounting.
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi antara invoice, pembayaran, dan mutasi rekening.
- Membuat aging schedule piutang dan memonitor piutang yang sudah jatuh tempo.
- Melakukan follow-up/collection kepada customer terkait pembayaran.
- Menangani selisih pembayaran, invoice dispute, credit note, atau masalah administrasi lainnya.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales, Accounting, Tax, dan Customer Service terkait tagihan.
- Membuat laporan AR, seperti outstanding receivable, overdue, dan collection.
- Menyiapkan data untuk kebutuhan audit dan memastikan dokumen AR tersimpan dengan rapi.
