What they need
- Menjalankan proses recruitment mulai dari sourcing, screening, psikotest, interview hingga onboarding
- Mengelola program training (Matrix, TNA, dll)
- Mengelola HRIS
- Mendukung pelaksanaan program K3, inspeksi area kerja dan kepatuhan penggunaan APD
- Mengelola administrasi serta dokumentasi recruitment, development & K3
Job Requirements:
- Pendidikan S1 Psikologi
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bagian yang sama
- Menguasai Program Komputer minimal Ms. Office
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & presentasi yang baik
- Memahami sistem HRIS
- Mampu melakukan proses rekrutmen (Job Posting, Screening, Interview, Psikotest, dll)
- Memahami basic K3
