Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang HRD,
Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, dan administrasi personalia.
Mampu menyusun SOP, KPI, serta menangani hubungan industrial.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
Diutamakan memahami standar audit HR (BRC, HACCP, ISO 22000).
