Deskripsi pekerjaan:
Paham UU Ketenagakerjaan , PKWT/PKWTT, BPJS dan PPH21.
Administrasi kepegawaian, data karyawan, jam kerja, lembur dan cuti.
Hubungan industrial : pembinaan, penanganan keluhan dan sanksi, peraturan perusahaan dan koordinasi dengan Disnaker.
Pelatihan dan pengembangan karier karyawan.
Laporan HR berkala.
