- Memahami pekerjaan lingkup HRGA (Rekrutmen, Administrasi, Payroll, dan BPJS)
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
- Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Power Point
- Mampu berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan baik
- Bertanggung jawab, disiplin dan memiliki time management yang baik
- Penempatan Bati-bati, Kalimantan Selatan
