- Memiliki kemampuan dalam pengambilan keputusan, analisis data, membuat plan dan berpikir logis
- Memiliki inisiatif dan motivasi untuk berkembang
- Teliti, cekatan dan komunikatif
- Mampu bekerja secara individu dan tim
