Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D-III/S-1 teknik Industri. teknik tekstil
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 Tahun pada posisi Staf Industrial Engineering, diutamakan di industri Garment
- Memahami konsep time study, line balancing, dan pengukuran waktu kerja (SMV/Standard Minute Value)
- Menguasai perancangan tata letak lantai produksi (production layout)
- menguasai proses jahit dan menganalisa proses jahit dengan akurat
- memahami alur proses Produksi Garment dari bagian pemotongan (cutting), penjahitan (sewing), hingga penyelesaian (finishing)
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (terutama rumus lanjutan, pivot table, dan pengolahan data) Google sheet dan analisa data
- Bertanggungjawab, Teliti, detail, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target
