Tugas Utama :
- Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada pengguna.
- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan maintenance perangkat IT.
- Menangani troubleshooting hardware, software, dan jaringan.
- Melakukan setup serta monitoring jaringan perusahaan.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai IT Support atau bidang terkait.
- Mampu melakukan troubleshooting hardware dan software komputer/laptop.
- Memiliki sertifikat aktif Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Memiliki pengalaman konfigurasi dan troubleshooting perangkat MikroTik.
- Memahami jaringan LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, dan WiFi.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan problem solving yang baik.
