What they need
Key responsibilities
- Menangani troubleshooting PC, laptop, printer, jaringan, email, software, dan perangkat IT lainnya.
- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, maintenance, upgrade, serta perbaikan perangkat hardware & software.
- Melakukan setup dan troubleshooting jaringan LAN/WLAN, Switch, Access Point, serta user account dan folder sharing.
- Melakukan monitoring server, jaringan, backup data, dan keamanan IT dasar.
- Mengelola inventaris aset IT serta membuat dokumentasi, SOP, dan laporan pekerjaan.
Requirement :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika / Sistem Informasi
- Freshgraduate di persilahkan melamar
- Menguasai Windows, MS Office, basic networking, troubleshooting PC & printer, Access Point, dan CCTV lebih disukai
- Memliki kemampuan komunikatif, teliti, problem solving dan teamwork yang baik
- Bersedia dengan status kepegawaian outsourcing
- Bersedia penempatan di Sidoarjo
