- Pendidikan min. D3/S1 Teknik Sipil/Teknik Elektro
- Pengalaman maintenance gedung, sarana dan prasarana minimal 1 tahun
- Menguasai ilmu dasar software dan hardware komputer, pengelolaan server dan CCTV
- Berpengalaman dalam perbaikan gedung dan general affair
- Teliti, cekatan, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Surabaya
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
- Melaksanakan dan monitoring berkala untuk sarana dan prasarana klinik, baik system informasi, alat medis maupun non medis
- Melaksanakan secara mandiri maupun bekerjasama dengan vendor eksternal untuk perbaikan dan maintenancerutin
- Menangani permintaan perbaikan sistem informasi maupun sarana dan prasarana dengan cekatan sesuai batas respon
