What they need
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Mesin atau D3/S1 Teknik Mesin.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Mekanik Kapal atau posisi sejenis.
Memahami sistem permesinan kapal, termasuk main engine dan auxiliary engine.
Menguasai perawatan dan perbaikan mesin merek Yanmar, Mitsubishi, Cummins, dan Weichai
Tanggung Jawab:
Melakukan perawatan, perbaikan, dan overhaul mesin induk (main engine) serta mesin bantu (auxiliary engine) kapal.
Melakukan pemeriksaan, perbaikan, dan perawatan sistem pompa serta hidrolik di kamar mesin kapal.
Melakukan inspeksi rutin terhadap kondisi mesin dan mengidentifikasi potensi kerusakan untuk mencegah downtime operasional.
