What they need
Melakukan monitoring dan approval data absensi harian melalui HRIS Talenta (lembur, cuti, sakit, izin, mangkir).
Melakukan validasi keakuratan data sebelum diolah menjadi payroll.
Melakukan komunikasi dengan supervisor cabang terkait perbaikan absensi.
Melakukan daily data checking untuk mendeteksi anomali data absensi dan perbedaan data antara HRis & dokumen pendukung.
Melakukan data cleansing HRIS untuk menjaga keakuratan database payroll.
Menginput PPh 21 karyawan.
Update data BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP) & BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu).
