- Membuat perencanaan mengenai pengadaan barang
- Mencari dan memilah vendor
- Melakukan negosiasi dengan vendor
- Membuat PO dan melakukan pembelian barang ke vendor
- Melakukan pencatatan kedalam sistem/program
- Melakukan filling dokumen
