What they need
- Menyusun planning dan jadwal produksi sesuai kebutuhan dan kapasitas produksi.
- Mengontrol ketersediaan bahan baku dan bahan kemas untuk mendukung proses produksi.
- Melakukan monitoring realisasi produksi dan inventory.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Produksi, Warehouse, Purchasing, QC/QA, dan R&D terkait kebutuhan produksi.
- Membuat laporan dan analisis terkait planning, produksi, dan persediaan.
Job Requirements:
- Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Industri, Farmasi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang PPIC, diutamakan industri farmasi, herbal, kosmetik, atau manufaktur.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table).
- Memahami production planning, material planning, dan inventory control.
- Teliti, analitis, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target.
- Memahami CPOB/CPOTB menjadi nilai tambah.
