What they need
- Melakukan Screening & Validasi Supplier
- Melakukan pencarian vendor Lokal / import
- Melakukan Pembuatan PO di accurate
- Melakukan Evaluasi terhadap Supplier ( harga, leadtime, kualitas barang )
- Melakukan proses tender
- Memastikan document PO, Invoice, Faktur pajak telah di rekap sesuai due date
- Memastikan PI diinput sesuai tanggal, untuk proses payment vendor termin
- Memastikan barang yang dibeli, sesuai dengan spesifikasi dari vendor
- Melakukan Rekonsil dengan finance untuk pembelian / payment to supplier
- Melakukan kalkulasi harga untuk permintaan harga marketing
- Berkoordinasi dengan service, marketing untuk memenuhi kebutuhan customer
- Melaksanakan target pekerjaan sesuai dengan KPI yang ditentukan
- Melaksanakan Program Kerja K3L
Qualification
- Lulusan S1 Jurusan Manajeman logistik, teknik industri, Elektro
- Pengalaman min 1 tahun sebagai staff purchasing
- Pemahaman tentang spesfikasi barng elektrikal automotive, ac part untuk truck/ alat berat
- Memiliki channel database supplier
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel
- Memiliki daya analisis kuat
- Skill Komunikasi yang baik
