Mencari, menyeleksi, dan mengevaluasi supplier berdasarkan kualitas, harga, dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman.
Meminta dan membandingkan penawaran harga (quotation) dari beberapa supplier.
Membuat dan menerbitkan Purchase Order (PO) sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
Melakukan negosiasi harga, syarat pembayaran, dan waktu pengiriman dengan supplier.
Memastikan barang yang dibeli sesuai dengan spesifikasi, jumlah, dan kualitas yang dibutuhkan.
