What they need
Requirements
- Minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Tekstil, Teknik Mesin atau bidang terkait.
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di Industri Tekstil, khususnya bagian Persiapan.
- Memahami proses Weaving, parameter tenun, quality control, dan analisis produksi.
- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin Weaving dan memahami 7 QC Tools.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel & Word untuk kebutuhan produksi.
- Memahami 5S & K3 serta mampu melakukan problem solving teknis.
Responsibilities
- Mengendalikan perencanaan dan realisasi produksi Weaving sesuai target.
- Memastikan kualitas produksi dan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu berjalan konsisten.
- Mengawasi parameter proses, kapasitas, jadwal, dan balancing produksi.
