What they need
Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan serta memberikan masukan terkait pengembangan store
Memberikan masukan terkait strategi penjualan berdasarkan hasil analisa terkait kondisi market, data customer, analisa kompetitor, dll
Melakukan evaluasi dan analisa terkait pencapaian target, aktivitas bisnis dan business issues untuk meningkatkan produktivitas penjualan
Melakukan fungsi kontrol di masing masing Store
Melakukan coaching dan pendampingan secara berkala ke area atau store terkait permasalahan dan review penjualan
Job Requirements
Minimal 1 - 3 tahun di industri retail
Fasih berbahasa Inggris
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Word dengan baik
Mempunyai kemampuan sales dan marketing yg baik
Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan attitude yg baik
Target oriented, services excellent, hard worker and ready to work under pressure.
