Tanggung Jawab :
- Tercapainya target bisnis sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan Perusahaan
- Terlaksananya kegiatan Operasional Site yang berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.
- Melaksanakan program marketing (Event dan/atau Edutainment) yang berjalan dengan efektif untuk mendukung pencapaian target.
- Memahami Visi, Misi dan SOP, serta peraturan perusahaan untuk menjaga kesinambungan usaha dan keselarasan hubungan antar bagian.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum pendidikan D3/S1
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai supervisor di bidang yang sama (Game Center, Theme Park, Retail, Hospitality)
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan integritas yang baik
- Kreatif, Energik dan Cepat Belajar / Beradaptasi
- Bersedia bekerja di hari Weekend dan Hari Libur Nasional
