What they need
Tanggung jawab :
Memastikan outlet beroperasional sesuai dengan ketentuan SOP perusahaan.
Memimpin dan mengatur sistem kerja seluruh anggota tim crew & kasir.
Mengatur shift kerja staf crew & kasir agar layanan pelanggan dapat berjalan dengan nyaman dan terfasilitasi dengan baik.
Mengambil langkah solutif dan cepat ketika staf menghadapi berbagai hambatan dalam menjawab atau menghadapi konsumen.
Membuat laporan sales harian, jadwal absensi crew & kasir.
Kualifikasi :
D3/S1 semua Jurusan
Memiliki kemampuan Ms.Office.
Memiliki Pengalaman sebagai Leader di Perusahaan Retail, Hotel, Food & Beverage minimal 1 Tahun lebih Disukai.
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, dan mampu memimpin sekelompok tim.
Pekerja keras dan memiliki inisiatif, proaktif, dan bertanggung jawab.
Bersedia bekerja pada Hari Libur Nasional, dan Sistem Kerja Shift.
Bersedia di mutasi / relokasi
