- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan dari Universitas terkemuka, IPK > 2.75
- Memiliki pengalaman selama minimal 2 tahun di bidang retail / penjualan / pemasaran / layanan pelanggan akan lebih disukai
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa, keterampilan interpersonal yang kuat, dan berjiwa pemimpin
- Menguasai komputer (microsoft office, open office)
- Bersedia untuk bekerja secara shift
- Menyukai fashion dan menyukai pekerjaan dengan mobilitas tinggi
- Bersedia training / ditugaskan ke luar kota
- Domisili : BLITAR & Sekitarnya
Seorang Store Supervisor diharapkan mampu :
- Supervisor Blitar akan bertanggung jawab utk Toko Elizabeth Blitar (Jl. Melati No. 25, Blitar)
- Menjadi mentor yang baik untuk tim-nya
- Mejalankan operational toko sesuai prosedur
- Customer & target oriented
- Management asset yang baik
- Peka terhadap keadaan atau situasi tertentu di toko (maintenance gedung, peralatan kantor, AC, lampu, dll)
