Kualifikasi:
-Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Civil dengan IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4)
-Detail, mampu bekerja dengan target tinggi dan detail
-Diutamakan pengalaman bekerja di Konstruksi
-Diutamakan pengalaman Drafter min 2 tahun
-Komunikatif dan siap tugas lapangan
-Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim
-Punya motor dan SIM C
Jobdesc:
-Memastikan pekerjaan konstruksi sipil di lapangan berjalan sesuai gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, dan jadwal proyek
-Mengatur pembagian tugas dan memastikan target harian tercapai
-Memastikan kualitas pekerjaan sesuai standar mutu (QA/QC)
-Membuat laporan harian proyek terkait progres, jumlah pekerja, cuaca, kendala, dan rencana esok hari
-Mendokumentasikan hasil pekerjaan melalui foto dan catatan lapangan
-Berkoordinasi dengan engineer, quantity surveyor, dan pihak manajemen proyek untuk memastikan kelancaran
