KUALIFIKASI :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi/Ekonomi/Setara.
- Menguasai proses end-to-end payroll, termasuk perhitungan lembur, potongan, dan tunjangan.
- Memahami terkait Perpajakan & Regulasi: Pemahaman mendalam tentang peraturan ketenagakerjaan Indonesia, PPh 21 (sistem Coretax), serta administrasi BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
- Terbiasa menggunakan Human Resources Information System (HRIS) / software payroll (Diutamakan SAP).
- Mahir dalam menggunakan Ms. Office (Terutama Ms. Excel).
- Mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu yang ketat (terutama untuk jadwal payroll).
- Bersedia Penempatan Kerja di Batulicin, Kab. Tanah Bumbu, Kalimantan Selatan (Sistem Cuti Tahunan).
