- Memimpin dan mengawasi tim direct sales dalam mencapai target penjualan.
- Menyusun strategi penjualan dan melakukan evaluasi kinerja tim.
- Melakukan coaching dan memberikan motivasi kepada anggota tim.
- Membuat laporan kinerja kepada manajemen.
Syarat & Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal D3.
- Memiliki kemampuan manajerial (Direct to Door / DTD).
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang sales/marketing.
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
