- Pendidikan minimal S1 Farmasi/Teknik Kimia/ dan atau Apoteker
- MemilikiPengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang RD.
- Memiliki sertifikat pelatihan terkait formulasi
- Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman terkait GLP, CPOB/CPOTB/CPKB, kehalalan dan sistem jaminan produk halal, proses produksi, pengembangan produk dan registrasi produk.
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang alat dan proses produksi, penerapan Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris secara lisan dan tulisan.
- Mampu mengoperasikan personal komputer.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving yang baik, inovatif, dan mampu bekerja secara tim. Memiliki integritas, jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat, dan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik.
