What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Memonitor budget Opex dan Capex, serta menyusun rencana anggaran bulanan hingga tahunan.
- Memantau entry data untuk keperluan detail reporting budget dan forecast, guna memberikan masukan terkait perencanaan anggaran.
- Melakukan tracking terhadap spending budget dan income yang diperoleh.
- Memberikan dukungan kepada departemen marketing terkait pengajuan dan outstanding budget.
- Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain terkait penggunaan budget.
Requirements:
- Minimal S1 (Bachelor's Degree) jurusan Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja relevan minimal 2-3 tahun.
- Menguasai alur proses advance payment, payment request, dan purchase request.
- Mahir menggunakan Ms. Excel (Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF, dan Conditional Formatting) serta Ms. Word.
- Mampu melakukan rekonsiliasi data dengan mitra kerja (partner).
