3. Memiliki kemampuan analisis data penjualan dan strategi promosi.
4. Menguasai Ms. Office
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
1. Memimpin, mengarahkan, dan memotivasi tim sales atau marketing untuk mencapai target penjualan bulanan.
2. Merencanakan dan mengeksekusi strategi pemasaran serta program promosi (offline/online).
3. Melakukan analisis pasar, memantau kompetitor, dan mencari peluang pelanggan baru atau memperluas jaringan outlet.
4. Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait performa tim dan hasil penjualan kepada manajemen.
5. Memberikan training, evaluasi, serta coaching secara berkala kepada anggota tim.
Pengalaman: Minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Marketing Supervisor atau Team Leader/SPV di bidang terkait .
