- Memahami proses dan prosedur pengadaan/pembelian secara menyeluruh dengan teknik pemetaan, trend analysis, dan evaluasi performa suplier.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi harga dan kontrak yang baik dengan supplier dan memahami teknis supply chain.
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif.
- Mahir mengoperasikan ERP dan Microsoft Office, khususnya Microsoft Excel
