About the role
Sales Supervisor role focused on F&B sales across the Horeca channel (Hotel, Restoran, Cafe) in the Lombok region, based at Cakra Office in Mataram with mobile coverage across Horeca areas in Lombok.
Key responsibilities
- Menyusun & memantau target sales channel Horeca
- Membina relasi outlet
- Coaching tim sales area
- Memimpin dan mengevaluasi tim sales area
- Negosiasi & closing penjualan
- Account & relationship management
- Microsoft Excel untuk laporan penjualan
About you
- Minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan Manajemen/Pemasaran)
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang Sales F&B, dengan 1 tahun menjabat sebagai Supervisor
- Berpenampilan rapi, sopan, dan komunikatif
- Memiliki SIM C dan kendaraan pribadi
- Siap jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab
- Menguasai channel Horeca (Hotel, Restoran, Cafe) di wilayah Lombok
- Negosiasi & closing penjualan
- Leadership & coaching tim
