What they need
- Bertanggung jawab penuh atas efisiensi dan standardisasi proses operasional end-to-end, mulai dari perencanaan produksi (forecasting), warehousing, hingga pemenuhan pesanan (fulfillment/packing & pengiriman).
- Mengembangkan dan menerapkan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) pergudangan (warehousing) yang akurat dan efisien.
- Memastikan standar packing dan Service Level Agreement (SLA) pengiriman memenuhi kriteria "Standar Cepat Marketplace".
- Menganalisis data operasional dan Supply Chain untuk memberikan arahan taktis yang berbasis data kepada tim di lapangan
