What they need
Job Desc :
- Menyiapkan data elevasi awal (peta topografi) setiap ada rencana pengembangan area baru (berupa koordinat, kontur, batas selimut proyek).
- Menyiapkan data elevasi rencana jalan, kavling, saluran dll pada proyek yang akan dikerjakan.
- Membantu membuat sikuan untuk keperluan pekerjaan bowplank pembangunan rumah.
- Menyiapkan patok-patok kavling dan titik PJU untuk pengecekan pihak terkait.
- Mengecek batas-batas wilayah area proyek yang baru dibebaskan oleh perusahaan & berkoordinasi dengan Land Acquisition / pembebasan lahan.
- Menyiapkan data ukuran (luasan atau volume) terhadap galian tanah yang akan dikerjakan kontraktor.
Kualifikasi :
- D3 Geodesi atau S1 Jurusan Pengukuran / Geodesi / Sipil
- Pengalaman min 3 Tahun dalam pengukuran di lapangan (diutamakan yang pernah di Properti / Perumahan Landed).
- Menguasai alat Total Station, Theodolit, Waterpass
- Menguasai komputer (MS. Office, AutoCad, Civil 3D)
- Penempatan : Cibitung, Bekasi.
