Resposibilities :
- Menyiapkan dan mengolah bahan baku sushi sesuai standar resep dan SOP
- Melakukan preparation
- Membuat berbagai menu sushi yang sesuai standar rasa, ukuran, porsi, dan plating
- Memastikan kualitas dan kesegaran bahan baku
- Menjaga standar penyimpanan bahan makanan sesuai ketentuan
