Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support permasalahan Hardware dan Software yang berhubungan dengan Server yang ada di Data Center, Head Office, dan All Store
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap semua fungsi Server baik itu Hardware dan Software yang ada di Data Center, Head Office, dan All Store
- Melakukan monitoring performa dan maintenance server (instalasi, konfigurasi, update/patch) secara berkala untuk menjaga stabilitas sistem
- Melakukan troubleshooting insiden server serta mengelola backup dan recovery data untuk memastikan business continuity
- Melakukan supervisi tim/anggota shift, koordinasi dengan tim IT lain maupun vendor, serta membuat laporan rutin terkait status server
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait
- Memahami konsep Domain Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
- Menguasai sistem operasi Windows Server
- Menguasai Linux for admin
- Memahami virtualisasi server (VMware, Hyper-V, atau sejenisnya)
