- Sebagai Level 1 Support terkait aktivitas operasional rutin harian dan administrasi terkait Microsoft Infrastruktur Server seperti Windows Server, Exchange Mail Server, Active Directory Domain System (DNS, GPO, User/Group access and Priviledge, File Share Permission), File Server Application Server.
- Melakukan pemeliharaan dan troubleshooting Windows Server, Exchange Mail Server, Active Directory Domain System (GPO, User/Group access and Priviledge, File Share Permission), File Server, Application Server.
- Melakukan Eskalasi problem kepada tim Level 2 Support atau IT internal perusahaan untuk insiden dengan kategori Advanced Level (Hard Problem Incident dan kebutuhan perubahan konfigurasi)
- Memberikan Saran dan Analisa masalah untuk kebutuhan pengembangan Infrastruktur Windows Server
- Proaktif, membangun kerjasama, dan Mengembangkan hubungan baik dengan berbagai level user/karyawan perusahaan.
