What they need
- Menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis dan menerjemahkannya menjadi system requirements
- Menyusun PRD, User Flow, Use Case, dan Acceptance Criteria
- Membuat wireframe/mockup/prototype menggunakan Figma atau tools sejenis
- Berkoordinasi dengan User, Developer, QA, dan Stakeholder selama proses pengembangan
- Melakukan testing, review fitur, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk improvement sistem
Kualifikasi :
- Minimal S1 Sistem Informasi, Informatika, Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang relevan.
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Business/System/Product Analyst atau posisi sejenis.
- Berpengalaman handle aplikasi atau sistem, terutama dalam requirement analysis.
- Menguasai Figma & AI Tools untuk mendukung analisis dan dokumentasi.
- Memahami dasar API, database, dan workflow development serta memiliki kemampuan analisis & komunikasi yang baik.
