Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Penyusunan jadwal terperinci (Gantt Chart / CPM)
- Membuat dan menerapkan metode kerja
- Koordinator antara vendor/mandor
- Membuat rencana kedatangan material melalui koordinasi dengan divisi pengadaan
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak Manajemen Gedung (Building Management)
- Memastikan tim proyek dan vendor mematuhi peraturan dari Building Management
Kualifikasi
- Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau Desain Interior.
- Minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Site Manager pada proyek Interior dan Arsitektur.
- Kepemimpinan, manajemen tim, serta koordinasi antarvendor dan mandor.
- Kemampuan penyusunan & pemantauan jadwal proyek (Gantt Chart / CPM).
- Pemahaman mendalam terkait regulasi Building Management.
- Komunikasi profesional dan negosiasi yang kuat.
