Takaful Advisor

As a Takaful Advisor, you are responsible for helping clients identify their financial protection needs and recommending suitable takaful plans based on the Shariah-compliant guidelines of Great Eastern Takaful. You will serve as a trusted reference point, providing ethical, transparent, and professional financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic financial consultations on takaful protection, savings, hibah, and future financial planning.
• Recommend suitable takaful plans according to clients’ needs and budget.
• Manage client applications, including form submission, eligibility checks, and required documentation.
• Perform follow-ups and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Build your client network through digital marketing, social media, and networking activities.
• Present product information using official materials such as Benefit Illustration (BI), Product Disclosure Sheet (PDS), and brochures.
• Participate in training sessions, coaching, and weekly meetings with Raudhah Synergy Consultation and Great Eastern Takaful.
• Uphold work ethics, company SOPs, and Shariah standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia aged 21 and above.
• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree (candidates with good communication and personality are preferred).
• Interest in financial advisory or takaful.
• Able to work flexibly (full-time or part-time).
• Highly motivated with strong commitment to self-development.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is an advantage (but not required).
