What they need
- Mengelola proses rekrutmen end-to-end. Mulai dari pemahaman kebutuhan divisi, penyusunan job posting, sourcing kandidat, screening CV, koordinasi interview, hingga offering.
- Melakukan sourcing kandidat secara aktif melalui berbagai platform (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Glints, dan lainnya) serta membangun talent pipeline untuk posisi-posisi kritis.
- Berkoordinasi dengan hiring manager di masing-masing divisi untuk memahami kualifikasi spesifik dan memastikan kandidat yang dihadirkan sesuai kebutuhan.
- Melakukan wawancara awal (screening interview) untuk menilai kesesuaian kandidat dari sisi kompetensi, attitude, dan culture fit.
- Mengelola database kandidat secara terstruktur dan memastikan seluruh data rekrutmen terdokumentasi dengan baik.
- Memantau dan melaporkan progress rekrutmen secara berkala, termasuk time-to-hire dan conversion rate tiap tahapan seleksi.
- Memastikan pengalaman kandidat (candidate experience) yang positif sepanjang proses rekrutmen berlangsung.
