What they need
- Mencapai target GSC OKRs seperti AHT, AWT, CSAT, DSAT, FCR, dan SLA.
- Memantau kualitas layanan dan memastikan compliance terhadap SOP.
- Mengevaluasi performa Team Members, melakukan briefing, coaching, dan feedback secara berkala.
- Menangani Partner/Consumer issues dan complaints sesuai kebutuhan.
- Membuat Daily, Weekly, dan Monthly Report terkait operasional dan produktivitas.
- Mengelola tickets/DAS melalui D365 serta memastikan penggunaan tools & systems GSC berjalan optimal.
- Mendukung berbagai project dan operational activities GSC.
- Melaksanakan training bagi driver terkait Service Excellence dan awareness sesuai kebutuhan.
- Menangani escalated/viral cases dan isu sensitif sesuai arahan management.
