Komunikatif, persuasif, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.
Mampu menyusun laporan penjualan dan analisis pasar.
Mahir Microsoft Office dan sistem penjualan digital.
Memiliki SIM A.
Memiliki kemampuan memimpin, membina, dan memotivasi tim sales untuk mencapai target penjualan.
Berpengalaman dalam menyusun strategi penjualan dan melakukan analisis pasar.
Memahami proses penjualan kendaraan, pembiayaan (leasing), serta administrasi penjualan.
Bersedia ditempatkan dan bekerja secara mobile.
