Technical Sales Support (Estimator, Surveyor & Design)
Bertanggung jawab mendukung proses penjualan proyek melalui survey lokasi, perhitungan kebutuhan dan estimasi harga, serta pembuatan desain teknis. Posisi ini memastikan kebutuhan teknis proyek sesuai kondisi lapangan, spesifikasi produk, dan kebutuhan pelanggan, serta membantu tim Sales dalam penyusunan penawaran.
- Melakukan survey dan pengumpulan data teknis di lokasi proyek.
- Menghitung kebutuhan produk, material, dan biaya proyek.
- Menyusun estimasi biaya dan BOQ.
- Membuat desain, layout, dan gambar teknis.
- Memastikan hasil perhitungan dan desain sesuai kondisi lapangan serta spesifikasi produk.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Sales, Technical, dan pihak terkait.
- Melakukan revisi estimasi dan desain sesuai perubahan proyek.
- Menyusun laporan survey dan mengelola dokumen teknis.
