What they need
Melakukan pelayanan kepada customer untuk mendukung pertumbuhan penjual
Meminimalkan & menangani complaint customer dari proyek yang sudah berjalan ataupun belum berjalan
Melakukan aktivitas : Mock up, pembuatan panel, Supervisi, kick off meeting & presentasi/ sharing knowledge, handling complaint sesuai permintaan customer dan sales project / Specifier
Membuat laporan administrasi dan dokumentasi dari project yang ditanganinya dari mulai project berjalan sampai dengan project selesai
mengumpulkan foto dokumentasi project yang ditanganinya untuk keperluan foto project reference
Menjaga relationship dengan aplikator, pengawas dan para pelaku project yang terlibat di lokasi.
