What they need
Tugas dan tanggung jawab Technical Support Specialist (Employee Benefit):
- Membantu melakukan permintaan quotation kepada perusahaan asuransi
- Melakukan perbandingan quotation dari perusahaan asuransi
- Melakukan negosiasi premi, benefit dan TC, sampai dengan pembuatan dokumen placement
- Melakukan pengecekan administrasi terkait polis dan data renewal
- Memberikan saran dan masukan kepada team marketing dalam pemilihan asuransi
Kualifikasi:
- D3 atau S1 Matematika
- Mengoperasikan MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Menguasai pivot table, vlookup dan formula excel lainnya
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa angka yang baik
- Teliti & Detail
- Memiliki kemampuan mengelola waktu dan prioritas
