- Pengalaman minimal 1 Tahun di bidang perawatan mesin, khususnya injection moulding dan blow moulding.
- Memahami preventive maintenance dan troubleshooting mesin.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis masalah dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
- Disiplin, teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan lembur apabila dibutuhkan.
